I painted this after my trip to the Dominican Republic as a reminder to all of you to take the trip. 

Traveling has this way of resetting my nervous system and reminding me that there is more to life than the work grind.

Go sit on a beach with people you love, put your phone away, play in the sand, and watch the clouds. Remember those feelings of simplicity and grounding.
